Separation after filling I-751 and divorce after GC
I married in May 2001 to a USC and filled for change of status from H1B in January 2002 and eventually got my CR status in May 2002. Our COS interview came great because we were able to provide the interviewer tons of evidence of good faith Marriage. We started having trouble in the marriage around Mid 2003 and by end of 2004 living together with my spouse was unbearable. A lot of issue we didnt take into considrations during our courtship started causing a lot of trouble. I filled I-751 in February 2004 - we both signed the application and in March 2004, my wife got a job in NY. I remained in Maryland. The conditional clause was removed without an interview in October 2004 and I got my 10 years Green card in November 2004. Since our Marriage was broken down and we never stayed in the same house since she moved to NY in March 2004, I filled for Divorce and divorce was unconditionally granted based on one year separation in June 2005. I met another US citizen a couple of months ago and the way things are going we might eventually be married, will this be an issue with USCIS when I later file for citizenship?
Yes i do have all the documents and pictures of our living together and of our marriage.
Will getting married again after my divorce be a red-flag with USCIS even when I am getting married to another USCIS?
What if I decide not to apply for US citizenship and keep renewing my green card every ten years do I get interviewed again since I am in the IR6 category based on my first marriage?
