Separate AOS/CPs on two different I140 approvals?

Dear gurus,

Currently I have a pending AOS based an I140 (EB2-NIW) approval. I recently got another I140 (EB1-OR) approved. Is it possible for me to file CP on the newly approved I140 without affecting the pending AOS?

Any information is appreciated.

Yes. As a matter of fact that is the preferable way. If one has two I-140's than many lawyers recommend that go for AOS for one & for CP for the other.
