Get notorious response to the inquiry for my I-485 from INS that my application is pending on FBI name check.
Any idea how long it will take? I know it could be as long as 2 or 3 years, I hope I am not that unlucky

Hi eric1977,

Yes, my lawyer issued an inquiry but haven't heard from INS yet. Now I485 processing is Jan 2005 so i'm very worried for my case. God bless us.
