RD 9/15/01, ND 11/13/01, FP 1/25/02
Spoke with an IIO today - 7/15 (3:45 pm ET)
I called to verify that VSC had the right address, since I had moved some months ago and had called earlier to change the address (was not sure if they did!)
I asked how much longer it might take. She said "your case was entered on Nov 15 into our systems - obviously referring to ND there - and we are currently processing Aug 15th cases, so a couple of more months".
I am just posting this as an FYI...don't jump on me and say "IIO's know nothing...they are trained to say they go by ND, when everyone knows INS goes by RD".
