Sep RD. RFE issued. status not updated

Hi all,
My receipt date is sep 13. My lawyer called me today to tell me that INS wants my medical done again. RFE doesnt say why. But probably coz it was done over a year ago.
Online status message for my case has not been updated and nor has the AVM.
By the way how long does it take to get approved after you have replied the RFE.

May be INS lost them. Generally they wont ask you to redo Medical again. Ask your lawyer to send a copy of RFE notice.

maybe the incompleted medical. anyway it is not a bad news. please post the details of the RFE. you approval is comming.
 
no specific time frame on approval after RFE. Most cases, I've seen approvals coming within two months of RFE reply. But some isolated cases have taken more that 4 months.
 
Is it really possible because of your medical is done over
a year?? medical check is really valid for one year?
