I see that VSC is processing Sep'2002 for EB3 Category.

I also see posting where people have said / claimed their I-140 has been cleared who have filed in Feb'2003.

Can somebody shed some light on this??


Also: is there some consistency for the Finger Printing Notices? My I-140/I-485 was filed in Oct'2002 and I still haven't received a notice for Finger Printing? Should I be concerend?

Looking for some advise / responses.

Yes you should be worried

Even though anything is possible with INS. I have not noticed a single instance of FP notice not coming fairly quickly. You should definitely contact your lawyer or IIO.

I-140/I-485

I never received my FP so far... I-140 on Sept 16 and I-485 on Oct 12. Got the EAD and Parole but I-140 still not approved...right noe VSC is approving till Sept 11th... but just an info from June 2003 we cannot call VSC directly and talk to IIO.. I tried to call them last week but was not to get thru... if you are able to get the IIO pls share the information... thanks
