my I140 Lud changed by today date 10/19/2004 But the I485 still Rd date !!! :confused:

Keep checking the 485 LUD.Another forum member ,dsatya_99 ,received the 485 approval in two days after his 140 was approved.Good luck krson!
 
I am happy for what I can notice on NSC now. In the last 5 months, we could see very seldom I-140 approved, even though the NSC posting saying they are approving cases from Dec 03. Now, they post that they are approving case from Aug 31, 03 and we can see! Case from September, Octuber, and November being approved in the last few weeks. It isn't just one a isolate case. We can see a lot of cases being approved, just take a look on these theads on this website. I believe, if NSC continue on this speed, we will be seeing case from 04 being approved by Dec. Let's keep up with all fingers crossing.

I really hope so because I very fed up with my job. Who don't in this forum?!

I guess the reason why the I140 processing time stuck in August because some concurrent filer have not fingerprint and name check yet so INS cannot approve them.
 
Yes, i am sick of my job. I feel like a slave for the GC. No fun at all.

me too. ready everyday to quit. sometimes i even can't help giving attitude to my boss cause they needs me more than i need them!!! i have already seperated from my husband for almost one year, can't wait to move back to ny. the pocessing time for 140 with NSC is the slowest in the the history. what is going on?!
 
well guys i think the feeling is pretty universal, the employers know we are stuck and well we have spent years on this so we can't now turn back so even if it means takin s**t one has to and well i just hope its all going to be worth it at the end of it.

could u post ur Fingerprinting date? - also, was it ur own labor or substitute labor?

Guys,

What a relief...at last after one year 20 days, my 140 approved today (10/20/04) and got the magic e-mail this evening. 485 LUD changed to 10/20/04.

Thank you all for sharing the info and being helpfull.
