Sep 2003 file....How to get FP1 notice?

I have filed my I-485 EB2 Conc. with VSC on Sep 18, 2003. I-140 has been approved.

So far I haven't received my FP1 yet.
I sent 3 inquiries by fax and one with Congressman. I received vague replies (like..."we shall get back to you in 30 to 60days...." but never) to my inquires and received a reply for Congressman’s inquiry as “FP to be scheduled”
When (?)…. No answer.

Last week I went to Baltimore local office and requested for FP notice. They said that unless the file is with them, they can’t issue such a notice. Only VSC will send the FP notice.

Now my all possible ways to get the FP notice were closed.

Can any body give me suggestion how to get my FP notice?

I had the same problem for my daughter's case.
I think you need to talk with a supervisor at VSC.
I called VSC several times, but almost all of calls were useless.
After talking with a supervisor around late December 2004,
FP notice was mailed to my daughter on January 2005.
