Sep 2003, EB2 concurrent filing -Who didnt hear anything on I-140 Approval. I'm still waiting but they transfered my 485 to local INS, but I didnt hear anyword from these guys. This is totaly insane...

Are there people who didn't hear anything on their I-140 approval....
 
I'm in. My ND is sep 2003 EB2. So far I did not hear any thing from these old Fellows { NSC}. I'm literally woting to hear some thing. when did you hear about your case.

Never, I neven had my LUD changed on I-140

Never, I neven had my LUD changed on I-140. But I got my 485 transferred to Local INS at Detroit.
 
Friends, What are you doing about that

My company I-140 cases are approved, filed after mine, I just saw one more EB2 approval of My Company filed in Dec, 2003. I have enquired about my case through Lawyer. Thy had sent a lettr before but nothing happened???? DO you know if I/Lawyer/Employer can talk to Immigration officer directly not the customer support. Please suggest. And Please do inquire about your case....this is totally insane. DAMN IT
