Sep 2002 FP - Primary missing, spouse recd

Anybody in Sep 2002 time frame whose dependent received FP and primary waiting for FP? I know lot of people reported in this board a while ago. Anybody received subsequent FP for the Primary? Please post.
 
I have posted this before, I am posting it again, hope it helps.

Here is our info

Mine (primary applicant): wac03023xxxxx EB2 CA
1st FP Done and Received Dec 2003,
2nd FP notice for 08/08/2004 Done. Status not changed yet
Phone message and online message not changed
Hubby(Depentant) : wac03023xxxxx
1st FP Done and Received Dec 2003,
2nd FP notice for 07/07/2004 Done
Phone message and online message not changed
Child(Dependant) : wac03023xxxxx
1st FP Done and Received Dec 2003,
2nd FP notice for 08/08/2004 Done. Online message and online message not changed

Is your dependent's receipt number earlier than yours?
