After a very long journey my I-485 is finally aproved. I would like to express my deep gratitude to Mr Rajiv Khanna for providing us with a forum to share our concerns, worries and happiness. My details are as follows:

Labor PD : Feb 1999
I-140 AD : July 2003
I-485 RD : 22 Sep 2002
I-485 AD : 07/12/2004
PS : 07/26/2004

I sincerely wish a speedy approval for everybody and would like to thank all the members for sharing their experiences on this forum.

Same my RD for I485 is sep 20 2002, Don't know when will my case will be aprooved.

LUD changes:
8/9/04= cis received my rfe
8/10/04= same message
8/11/04= same message
8/12/04=?????????????

eb3- rir, ny
never changed job, changed address twice, twice ead, advance parole applied once but i never got the official receipt since july 1, 2004

It's good to see another Sept. filer got his approval. I hope mine will come soon.

Did my 2nd FP on 6/22/04 at Newark, NJ. Haven't seen any update on the status (even the LUD stay on May, 2004). Don't know what CIS guys are doing. :confused:
