SEP 2002 Approved after RFE

Hi Friends,

I just got the good news thru email that mine and my wife's 485's are approved.
140 AD: 08/2002

I-485
RD:09-23-2002
ND:10-01-2002
FP1 : 10-26-2002
FP2: 09-14-2004
RFE : 10-06-2004(EVL and six paystubs)
RFE RECD: 10-22-2004
LUD changed 10/22, 10/25, 10/27, 10/28

Changed employer in June'03. never informed INS. Scared until today, but not anymore. Good luck everybody, especially 2002 filers.

did u not enclose pay stubs and EVL when u filed ur I-485? and also did u include ur W-2s and tax returns? if so how many years

Yes, I did include 3 years w-2's and tax returns. Also included paystubs. I don't think that matters now.
