Sep 2001 Filers - forgotten

A Lot of Cases filed in mid-2001, co-incidentally all with the exact same ND of 9/6/01 have status unchanged, not even a single FP Notice issued. While many 2002 cases are approved.

They have bundled up the May - Sep 01 cases and tucked them away. Sorry to be negative, but I don't think we are going to see the light of the day soon. Hopefully BCIS changes things for the better.

With the possible war coming, how soon do we expect the approval? My notice date is in Aug. 2001. No FP yet. I really would not be disappointed too much if my case gets approved during 725 to 775 days.

I am may 01 ND and i remember of reading more cases of this month. I got FP notice last month and am finished with that.

My suggestion for you is to call them and request for an FP. Do not delay this as you do not want to be a very late case.
