A long and patient wait ended yesterday when I saw mine,my wife's and my son's approval online.
It was a long journey which taught me to have patience.
My RD was July 19,2001 but someone in INS messed my RD with ND Sep 05 and my case proceeded as per Sep case.I became impatient when there was no response for my case when other July cases were being approved.
First my FP came late(I did my FP in April 2002).I had waited impatiently for FP.
Then waited to hear something on the final judgment but they sent me RFE on Sep 19,2002 (I said thank god someone is looking in my case).
I had changd my job using AC21 after being with sponsoring employer for 270 days.I joined new company in May.My title was different and was also giving me jitters.
But finally replied RFE with the employment letter stating my title,job duties(which were similar) and salary(7K higher).
Finally approved Oct 24 after exactly 15 days of RFE receipt(Oct 9).
