Hi All,
Thank You for all giving grate support and information in this site.
Thank you to RAJIV to maintain such a wonderful web Site.

My Case is approved on 03/11/2003 after long wait 540 day.

Here is my info:

RD: 09/10/2001
ND:11/08/2001
FP:02/22/2002
Ref: 10/18/2002
Ref received to Ins: 10/30/2002
Ref Details: Medical - Ins looking for original medical forms and employment letter.
AD: 03/11/2003
Cat/State/Country: EB2/NJ/India
EAC NO # eac-02-033-5****

I did not send any pay stubs to my ref. INS did not ask for the paystubs in my ref
 
That was indeed a long wait!!

That being September RD is indeed avery long especially when November has started and October cases are winding down!!

My spouse not approved yet

My spouse's case has not been approved as yet...Might give a call sometime next week!
