My ND is 9/21/02 and had 3 EAD's and 3 AP's sofar. My 2nd FP done in Apr/04. No updates in the LUD. Guys after my ND got their approvals already. So I made an enquiry thro' the senetor 2 months back and got the reply as

" Currently we are processing May 02 cases and your case has been assigned to an officer and it is adjudication ready"

even 2 months after that reply, no change in the status... It really frustrates me a lot.. Do you guys have any idea when will a person get approval if the case is adjudication ready?

Hello There, My RD is 09/30/02 and gave my FP2 on 08/19/04, found that my namecheck was done and cleared in Jan03. When I contacted the senators office couple of months ago, they said that they are currenly processing Mar 02 and my file is waiting to be assigned to an officer for adjudication. I guess it is moving at a snail pace. NSC is also giving lots of RFEs as you may have noticed which delays the processing time.
