Sent I-130 for mother(Cp) 2 months ago. No repsonse, No Check cashed. Please help

I applied for my mother's I-130 (CP) on 1st November-2007.
She is not in US so I just sent I-130 , No I-485.

My check is not cashed and no response from DHS at all.

I live in Indiana and I sent my papers to NSC.

Any one in same boat?

What are my options?

Can I send all my appers again?

Please advise.

Sounds like you are caught up in the processing backlogs resulting from new outsourcing agreements etc. If the check has been cashed, you can be fairly sure your application has been received. You just need to wait a little longer.
 
Guys,
we sent I130 sep 23, check didnt cash so we called USCIS in mid NOV, They said it will now take 15 weeks due to backlogs.. So just wait.
