Sent form I-130 in August

Hi,

On August 12, 2008 I sent I-130 form to Chicago Lockbox. According to UPS the package was delivered on August 15, 2008. As of today my check is not cleared nor did I receive NOA. Is that normal? How can I find out what seems to be the problem.

Now it is 14th day and nothing so far. I am getting worried. Please advice.

I think its normal, wait untill 3 weeks. sometimes they are slow.
