RD is 06/10 and ND is 06/12. I sent it to CSC. <eom>

I sent it to:

INS,
California Service Center,
P.O.Box. 30111
Laguna Niguel, CA-92607-0111

I think all the applications go to CSC, regardless of where you stay in california. And here\'s the list of docs I sent:
- Completed form I-765
- Copy of previous EAD(front and back)
- Copy of I-485 receipt
- Copy of I-94(if any, of course front and back)
- 2 photos
- $120 fee
- And if you have the stub that accompanied your previous EAD card. I have heard that helps.

You can always go to the INS website www.ins.gov to confirm all of above.
