I an Indian National is one of the directors of a Mauritiun Company , Working in the Company Since May 2005 , We are in Metal Trading Business and do Metal Buying worldwide , We are looking to open a Branch office in United States . The Company has good reputation in Mauritius and even member of American Chamber of Commerce in Mauritius . Please claridy the following points .
1. I had a F1 Visa issued 8 Years Back , Studied for 2 Years and then came back to India before Expiry . Studied further in India , Will this effect as i never completed studies and came back .
2 Me my wife and kid has a B1 and B2 Issued from Mauritius for 10 years .
3, What we intend is I come Incorporate a company Hire a Vice President and Other Staff Needed all gc or Ctizen , let the branch do business for 2 months and then apply for my L1 petition , IS THIS OK .
4 Once approved i come back to mauritius to stam or do chage of status in usa . Which one to do is better
