Sending my application 90 days minus days spent outside?

my GC was issued on 3/20/2009

I spent 32 days outside US in my 3 trips form the last 5 years.

I can apply 90 days early and early filing calculator told me that i can apply on 12/20/2013

This calculation does not minus my days spent outside.

Can I still apply on 12/20/2013? or should I add 32 more days?

- Also can I send my children's application along with my application? they got GC 30 days after 3/20/2009
- my recent job would be 5 years on my Gc anniversary, (when I fill up the form i.e. 90 days early i have 90 days short in my 5 years employment), do I need to specify the 5 years employment on the day of filling application or on the day of my GC 5 year anniversary?

Thanks,

You don't add/subtract the days in the way you're thinking about. For physical presence you just need to have the required 30 months (913 days) within the US in the past 5 years, which you obviously have if you only spent 32 days outside the US.

Also can I send my children's application along with my application? they got GC 30 days after 3/20/2009
If your children are under 18, they can't apply for their own N-400. They would derive citizenship through you when you naturalize, provided the necessary conditions of the Child Citizenship Act are met (living with you in your custody, they have a green card etc.), then you can use your naturalization certificate to apply for their certificate of citizenship (N-600) and/or US passport.

If they are 18 or older, they have to wait until it's 5 years minus 90 days after their own individual GC approvals; they can't apply based on the date on your GC.

Thanks, I got it.
children are under 18, I meant to ask can I send their n-600 along with my n-400.

2nd questions is not clear, my 5 years employment which they ask in the application is 5 years from the day I send my application or th day of my 5 years GC anniversary?

No, you or their other parent must become a US citizen before their N-600 can be filed.

It doesn't really matter in your case, as you're close to the 5-year mark. People have used either interpretation without problems. If the interviewer wants to know more they can ask.
