My father sponsored my aunt for a visa. Last year my dad moved and did not fill out "Sponsor Change of Address, I-865 Form" as he had no knowledge that such a form existed!
My question is that should he send the form now? Will there be any penalty for sending this form late?
I would appreciate any advice.
