Sending forms?

Hi All ,
I've done few mistakes in the forms like wrong DOB of my mom , and I didn't sign by my hands , just wrote my name using the keyboard, is it possible to send new forms again to KCC ?
are they gonna disqualify me because am confusing them ??

Send an email to KCC and ask if you should send new forms because of the missing signature.
