Sending enquiry for FP?

My fingerprinting was last done in Dec 02 and hence the fingerprints have expired. My case has the following history:
I-140 RD: April 02
I-485 RD: Oct 02
I-140 Approval : Dec 02

So I thought I would send an enquiry to BCIS to enquire about refingerprinting (I am hoping that will get my case some attention)

Could anyone tell me how I can go about sending a fax enquiry regarding fingerprinting? My lawyers as always are hesitant to do so........
