You will get the first interview even if you were married by the Pope on National TV, so send in what is required and take the additional evidence to the interview.
To remove conditions you can send in as much as you can and might get it approved without a interview.

Don't send photos or DVD with the application. But bring photos to the interview. Printed pictures, not pictures on a CD.

Hello All,
Is sending CD/DVD for photo\video of marriage, honeymoon permitted with I130 application to establish proof of marriage?
Absolutely NOT!!!! Absolutely NOT!!!! You don't want your application to stand out like a GIANT nose on a stupid face!!! You need to bring those photos to the interview at the appropriate time, because USCIS will feast on you. Do you have a video of your 1st night as a married couple? The IO might request it, because they will be under the illusion that you are willing to provide each and everything....lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!
