sending DSP-122 DS-320 tooooooooo late

Hi,

I just find out that I got the first letter dv 2013 from kcc a week ago. However, depend the visa bulletin I should have the interview this month but I am too late. in fact, I did fill up the immigrant visa applications DSP-122 and DS-230 and send them back to kcc as soon as I knew that I got selected for DV 2013.
I want just to ask if I still have a chance to have the interview next month or later .
( one year late to send the applications forms)

From another experience I know of, yes you do. KCC will process the forms when they receive them, and then you will get first available slot. This other person I know of, only found out in late July or early August last year and still managed to get interview and visa before end September.
 
thank you buddy, do you know how long it takes to send me back the second letter that has the interview date??
 
In your case no - I'm trying to remember this other case I know of and I think it was quite short, a couple of weeks, but that may also depend on how busy KCC is at the time. Also, I am pretty sure they alerted KCC to their situation when they sent the forms in - have you done that? (Ie let them know that you are already current and the forms are on the way?)
 
Also, the second letter comes via updating your esc page (the one you checked for the lottery result) so keep an eye out for an email telling you the page has been updated.
 
Don't wait for the second letter. I never received actual letters, not the first nor the second. If you still have the number you got when you made the application use it to log in on their site and you will find updates there. I printed the letters from there. Good luck

I am in the same boat as you found out I was selected for DV 2013 on 30th of May cos I lost my confirmation number, but found out I could check with other infos while trying to check the result for 2014. I immediately sent the forms required to KCC on 3rd of June and was delivered on 6th of June. I am still expecting my 2NL and being positive though I learnt that my interview should have been in May or June from my CN and visa bulletin (CN is 2013AF000016xxxx).
I am a lot confused about what is the next step to take:confused :.
