Sending additional Affidavits for Brith Certificate

I submitted only one affidavit for birth certificate. I want to send one more affidavit and a documents stating that my birth date is not documented by the local authority. Shall I sent these documents before RFE issued or I wait for the RFE ? If I send these documents, is it okay to mail them with a copy of I-485 receipt.

Same thing with me ...

I forgot to submit non-avaliablity certificate ... I had send 2 copies of affadavits though.

Wondering if to wait for RFE or just send them before anything triggers RFE..
With visa number consumption at the faster space .. I was debating to send it any ways.

Wait for the RFE -- if you send it now on your own, its more or less guaranteed to never make it into your files -and you'll still get the RFE when your case is being processed.
The service centers don't have a way to track and link random correspondence to your pending file (even if you include A# and all other details).

It won't mess up anything - so if you want you can send it for your own peace of mind -- but you WILL most likely get the same RFE later and you'll have to send this again.
