Send the package but not included the Cover letter does this effect

Hi all,
Yesterday i send out my Familybased GC package but i did not include the cover letter and i did not write on the envelope the forms i submitted does this effect in accepting the applications?

I send out the following
I485
G-325A
I-864
I-864A
I-693
Copy of approved I130 Notice
and releated documents all copies they asked.

If you have fulfilled the requirement then you are all set. So dont worry. They know what it is and what it needs to be done.

A cover letter and to put what is in the envelope is not a "must".

Being known what bunch of idiots are CIS employees, it's a good idea to have a cover letter.

Yet it is not required by CIS instruction

Cover letters are not a must but it is mentioned here...

Applications would still be accepted without the cover letters. Like Suzy977 mentioned, its safer to include a cover letter knowing how "smart" USCIS can get at times.
