send new ones only or both new and old ones?

1. When submitting evidences and documents for removing conditions, should I send only those papers after the date which I got the conditional card (because I already sent the old documents and papers prior to apply the conditional card) or I should send the new evidences, papers and documents as well as the old ones?

2. Can I print picutres on plain paper instead of photo paper considering reducing the weight of my package?

1.- Only new evidence, from the date you received the conditional GC until now.
2.- that is fine.
