Thanks black_logs for the job you do. I feel somehow that the retrogression issue is predominant in immigrationvoice voice activity though. The DOL backlog is much more severe problem. People are stuck in the queu for 5 and more years simply because they happen to file the labor application in the wrong time. This should be adressed by something more substantial than "enhance the work of BEC centers".
 
I'm on the same boat as you are let me know what else we can ask for the BEC's other than asking for more efficiancy. If you see the content of our Faxes it clearly talks about the Backlog center miseries
