Senator's Inquiry

My wife's AP is pending with NSC from APril 3rd, 2006. They sent RFE about photos on may 3rd. I sent the photos and the online status says that "On May 8th we received teh response"

Now we contacted the senator to expedite this case. USCIS replied to the Senator's office that the case has been approved on May 26th and AP has been mailed.

UNtil now I have not received the AP and the online message has not changed. What should I do?
I called USCIS and they said to wait 60 days from May 8th. I am really frustrated.

GURUS please advise on what should I do

If you need the AP document right away you can take info pass and request for a copy.

Actually the online status still shows that "ON May 8th we received the response"

Only the Senator's office said that your i-131 has been approved. As I said earlier, USCIS representative told me to call back after 60 days from May 8th.

Do you think that the Local office will have any idea of the approval? Should I go to the local office?
