senators in Detroit area?

Hi,

Does anyone have experience with senators in the Detroit area.

My RD is 02/01, ND is 03/01. Talked to IIO today, she said case is still pending review, and that this is normal! Asked me to call back in 2-3 months.

Anyway, I am thinking about contacting senator. If anybody has any experience - good/bad, please reply. Your help will be greatly appreciated. Any contact info would help too.

My RD/ND are in the same month as yours. I have contacted senator 3-4 weeks ago. NSC has not responded to his request. The case worker left a message 2 days ago saying she hope to receive response from INS in the next couple days.

I had also contacted the same senator to assist on delayed FP notice. it came after 14months of waiting...

:) Interestingly, when i am typing this reply the case worker called me and tell me that INS has agreed to pull my file and work on it by next week. I am hoping for the best...

Bottom line is, you should contact your senator. Go to the web search for your senator's website.

Did you try the automated fax response /status update since the 30 day period is long gone since the official processing times.

Last time I heard, was that automated fax system was a hoax. If you think it works, we can try it out.
