The news from Senator: my Nov. 2001 case is pending for FBI name check. There is no time limit for that check, they can take as long as they want. There is also no way to reach any people who know the status of security check.
Well I guess then we can just get our EAD's renewed. Most of us are stuck with FBI check. I think they wait for like 7 months for there reply and then resend the request for FBI check. Maybe this lawsuite will help something. BTW does you name sound like a muslim name?
