senator Frank in NJ

My 485 RD is Mar,7,2003 and ND Mar,26,2003. I did my FP2 on 14 of sept,2004. Never heard anything from VSC since then, no update online. Contacted Senator Frank's office on MOnday and got a call today saying standard wait for 60-90 days....

Folks, this game is driving me nuts. It's amazing that you don't even have somewhere to resort to, no phone calls, no complaints, no where to get help from. No matter what you do, you always get the magic 60-90 days reply....

Any thoughts?

No news yet after that ; No online or LUD changed

recent inquiry through th local congressman's office said 60 days wait...

No go

I really don't care about the game rule any more. I contacted congressman and two senators' office at the same time. Not hoping VSC can approve my case because of that, but hoping at least VSC can be woken from the dream and look at my file. At least lends another reason for me to contact those offices again.

I personally think VSC will just do whatever they want. Nothing wakes them up.

Folks, anyone has positive experience with contacting those offices? Do your cases get expediated?
