I have contacted her office yesterday and the guy said fax the information to Masha and she will get back to me in a week once she prepares case file for your record. Let us see how it goes.
 
Venati, good to know that it is waste of time. We shud be prepared for another source. Lets think and Please suggest.

In my understanding, a Senator must reply in written letter.

For my case, the content was almost nothing, but anyway I recieved an official letter from Dianne about one month later sending a letter.

Kashmir, Thanks for the information. I think when I called her office,one lady told me to put the attn.: of Masha . But your info seems to be real one . I will try to talk her office again. and see if there is anything help.
 
Kashmir, Just now I had called to her office in SF to say that I intended the case work to Stella instead Masha . The guy Ron said that Masha will give that papers to Stella and Stella has more workload so she will get back to me after 2 weeks. It looks that the actual papers may not be reaching to Senator . Can we try to fax them to her another office in Washigton DC ? .
I have gone thru your another email , but lets us try to get their attention towards our problems by the time we found some one for our help.

In my understanding, if one lives in California, one must contact Senators of California even if one had filed at the VSC.

I think so, espeically for individual case.
In my understanding, one of staffs works on the case and writes a letter, then Senator signs it.

I faxed the petition to Washington DC office.
 
I also plan to contact a CA senator or congress person.

Anybody has updates on Feinstein?

kashmir, I heard same thing about 2 weeks backlog ...I faxed the info.. as well as mailed the same.
