Received USCIS email approval notices for my I-140, I-485s for all family members today (Nov. 17 2004)

EB2 RIR labor filed- Dec'2001 (Education : MBA)
State Labor approved: Nov. 2002
Federal Labor approved: Nov. 2003

I-140: ND: Feb. 19, 2004,
LUD: Apr. 13, 2004, Nov. 17, 2004,
AD: Nov. 16, 2004

I-485: ND: Apr. 2, 2004
FP: May 6, 2004
LUD: May 11, 2004, Oct. 27, 2004, Nov. 17, 2004
AD: Nov. 17, 2004

I thought I might need to wait another several months for 485 approval when I received the I-140 approval email this morning since I submitted semi-concurrently, a long journey ended dramatically when I saw 6 emails in my mailbox this evening. Good luck to those semi-concurrenters, you have good chances to get approval based on I-140 JIT rather than the I-485's.

I am not sure that every one is so lucky.
I filed semi concurent too , My 140 Got approved 3 weeks ago and now waiting for 485?

I140 : ND : FEB2nd , LUD : 4/13 , Approved : 2 Nov'04.
I485 : ND : July 23, LUD : 10/27 , ??

Lets see how long it takes .., I am still hopefull .

same approved on Nov 12 2004.

I have filed my I-485 on Oct last week, and Nov 1st I have seen that USCIS has encashed my checks (i did not receive the WAC no yet), so do you think there are any chances my things also gets approved since there are over lap between my filing days of a week or two:)....

Just kidding ....

Friend - Next thing for you is finger printing and that will kick off your security check - security check needs to complete before USCIS can approve I485. BTW - I got my finger printing done on Nov 16

I140 - RD Feb,5, AD Oct26
I485 - RD Oct, 18

Hi Thanks Sur, i have recieved the ackonowledgement from the USCIS, anyway thanks for the good words. However there are some cases in CSC without the FP and FBI Verification, they have approved (it is mentioned in the Murthy.com bulletins)
