Semi-concurrent 2004 (CSC EB2) application approved under pilot?

Does anyone know of any semi-concurrent CSC EB2 cases getting approved under the pilot program? My lawyer said that she was not sure if an application has to be truly concurrent to be picked up by the pilot. I got the FP notice within a month of 485 RD. Shouldn't the non-pilot regular cases take longer than that?

My attroney mentioned that I140/I485 petitions filed in a single envople
is eligible for the pilot program. I haven't (yet) seen any semi-concurrent
approvals under pilot program.

Mine is also semi-concurrent case; got FP notice within 16 days from I-485
ND. Done FP - every thing stays there, no movement.
 
Have you got your AP/EAD yet?

If you do not mind, could you share your dates please?

Thanks. So maybe there is not much hope for an early approval

My I-140 had a LUD change last week. So I was hoping that it got marked for something. Probably it's just some internal update.

And now wait and watch :) I don't think semi con. are being considered under pilot
