Selling on EBay

I'm on green card and have been selling on Auction, few hobby related items (e.g. stamps, coins etc). Do I have to report the income in my Tax REturn ? Not sure if EBay gives any tax forms at the end of the year.

Also if I have to start selling any other items on EBay, do I have to register my business somewhere ? Can I keep on doing my business on EBay without having to open up any merchant account etc ?(since I accept payments through PayPal etc) ?

I'm planning to get some shipments from India to start selling those items on Ebay, will it cause any problems if my business is not registered here.

Does running a website for doing business require you to register the business ? What are the options available.

Since this is only parttime business and is intended to generated small profits, I don't want to incur any large costs associated with running a full fledged business.

Few more questions:
When I say register, I mean incroporating as LLC etc. So when would one want to incorporate ?
Can I NOT incorporate and still run a business and hire people ?

Can I work for a company in India and sell their products in US without opening up a branch in US, can PRs do such things ? Can I receive shipments at my home address from India for doing such kind of business without incorporating etc. ?

I'm looking at two business models:
* working for some company in india and get teh commission out of the sales.
* OR purchase from indian wholesalers and then sell the items here at my own cost and all profits is for me to keep.

Can I do both of the above without incorporating ?

Sorry about my ignorance, but this seems to be a good forum to get the basics clear.
