I recently self-filed an I-140 EB1a (extraordinary ability in science or research) and got approved. My background is as follows:
Foreign PhD degree in Biological field;
5 year-postdoc in America;
Diverse research experience (My PhD project was quite different from what I have been doing in America);
6-7 english papers published in journals of impact factor below 10; some foreign language papers; 7-8 meeting abstracts/presentations;
No invited review experience or english review papers;
No big major awards, but have some graduate scholarship and meeting travel awards from both foreign country and America;
Not an independent PI;
No specific media reports, but have some internet citations besides 60-70 paper citations.
I believe my petition approval is mainly due to my careful preparation and organization of all the supporting materials, as my academic background is not very strong.
I would now like to sell my I-140 sample package for U.S. $ 140.00, I believe that my samples would be helpful to your petition preparation, especially for those who are specialized in biological science and want to DIY. However, I do not guarantee that your case will be approved by using my sample package.
