Self-petitioned I140: how to fill up part 6 & where to file

I am preparing a self-petitioned I140 in the EB1-EA category and faced
with the following questions:

1. When filling up Part 6 (Basic information about proposed employment),
do I HAVE to list a future employer\'s address?

I am currently employed happily but would like to keep the option open
to accept an employment with a different employer in the same field.
So I am concerned that if I list an employer here INS might later create
problems. Can I leave the address blank?

2. I am currently under TSC\'s area. TSC has been particularly slow to
adjudicate EB1 cases, so I was thinking of applying to a different
service center. Since self-petitioned application doesn\'t require a
job offer, can I apply to a different center?

Put your employment in box6 would add advantage on your case and it will not affect your job change after it is approved, since EA has no restriction on job change.
