According to the voice message of NSC, my case has been approved, today. I hope to receive the letter soon.

I would like to thank each and everyone in this forum for their useful/practical suggestions.

RD: December 19, 2002
RFE: April 26, 2003
RFE Replied: May 17, 2003
RFE Received: May 28, 2003
AD: May 30, 2003

congratulations!!!!!. it must be big relief for u. hope i could pass that stage.
could please tell us ur background. since i filed petion unde EB-OR category and waiting for the rsult. at the meantime i would like to apply under EA category. I would get some idea whether i would be qualified if you post ur background. I already spent like 5000 $ just for the OR. I don't want to waste my money on this again. I am thinking of doing it by self this time. can i use the same reference letters that i used for EB OR.? I have like 13 reference letters. how does the EA differs from OR in case of filling?
