Self-petioned NIW denied at NSC, heard the message \'wriiten decision mailed\' which is a typical denial message.

INs even did not issue a RFE and just denied the case. Background:
PhD from a top of big ten
9 publications (2 of them are conf)
2 top international journal papers reviewer
10 ref letters from US, UK(directors, top specialists, prof, NASA)
working on noise and vibration area

It seems quite hard to get NIW now. Meantime my Eb1-OS was approved.
 
Me too!

NIW also denied. This is terrible. I thought I was a strong candidate. Nearly 20 papers, patents, really good references.
