I485 - Applied 08/2003, AD - ?????
EAD1, AP - 10/2003
EAD2, AP - 10/2004
EAD3, AP - planning to apply myself - needs help
FP1 - 5/2004

Online is the best. fill up the forms (I765 and I131), take an appointment to leave the biometrics at local ins, send supporting documents by mail.
