PLEASE HELP
I have my interview in 3 weeks and I never signed for the SELECTIVE SERVICE . Before I turned 26 I was living in the country without status. Now I'm 39 years old I was wondering if it could cause any issue with my application?
I misunderstood the question about SELECTIVE SERVICE. QUESTION 44 are you Male Who lived in the United states at any time between your 18th and 26 birthday? So I selected NO but now I realize that I should selected YES.
Can anyone tell me how can I fix this mistake since my interview is in just 3 weeks?

Explain that you made a mistake and misunderstood the question. IO will change your answer. Bring up your mistake before he/she does.

If you simply did not know. That's what you say.
You are over 31. I wouldn't worry too much about this. You needed to show 5 years of GMC so if you were between the age of 26 to31. You would've had a problem. Not so much now.

Ps. Next time don't try to get creative with your answers just be truthfull. I'm guessing because of being out of status. you answered no.
