Selective Service Info

Hi,

I have been on a GC for a while now. I was just looking at the Naturalization
document on UCSIS web site.

It talked about Selective Service Registration etc..
Can some one elaborate what we need to do ?
I came to this country as a student when I was 21 yrs old.

I got my GC when I was 26.5 yrs old.

GC at 25

So does it mean that if someone got GC while he was 25 yrs old and did not
register with Selective service he would not be eligible for USC ?
