I did not need to enroll for selective service since i got gc at the age of 29. To get the letter from selective service, i was planning on sending them my visa stamp on my passport when i entered the US.
But I just noticed that all my visas were cancelled when i got the green card.
It says "canceled persuant to 22 cfr 41.22(e)"
Do i just send the h1/l1 petitions to selective service? or should i send visa copies also?
I was concerned about sending copies of my visa since all the visas on the passport are stamped as cancelled.
