hi,
I am preparing a dossier of my research papers, consultancy reports and some articles that I wrote in the last 10 years in preparation for the EB-1A visa application process. The question I have is how do I present the material that I wrote and was published in the IT section of a leading english language newspaper.. given that they were not really in my specific profession (computer engineer, business) but rather dealt with IT issues in general way ? How would I cite them, and what if any thing should I have to do in order to have them verified as mine, they were written when I was under contract to produce them as part of a bi-monthly column, the newspaper owns the copyright on the articles.
In addition, how would I present stuff that I wrote about as part of my professional career as an entreprenuer/principal shareholder of a telecommunications business and what is my own personal research and interest ? is the EB-1A process able to differentiate, or does it allow for, two different tracks personal and professional that I have been working in ?
