You mean selective service i guess. Applicant must have resided in the United States for one year. To support this claim he must submit his Immigration and Naturalization Service Form 1-151 (Alien Registration Receipt Card), showing his date of entry into the United States.
If you're immigrating to the US as a permanent resident, you will automatically be registered for Selective Service as part of the green card process if you're a man between 18 and 26.
