You mean I-140s ?.

Thats what they have been doing since couple of months. pace is very slow. When they changed processing dates form May to Sept couple of months back, I was hoping that VSC is picking-up speed. It never happened though

Due to security check??? Lot of EB1 applicants might be working in sensitive areas.
