Seeking information on H1 transfer

I lost my job in January and I have my last paystub dated Feb 1st. I heard we have only 10 days legally to find a new job. one consulting company has just applied my H1b few days ago and the job will be based on contract basis. My question is that I don't have any paystub for this month (the only one that I has is for Fen 1st) and If i get another full time offer what are the complications of applying for H1 transfer again? Please reply me ASAP

If you do a H-1B transfer from company A to B then you need to submit recent paystubs from company A. No questions are asked for a paystub that is upto a month old, otherwise get prepared for an RFE.

As per your situation I would wait for the result of the current H-1B transfer, and obtain paystubs from the current employer. Changing job will be next step.
